This disclosure explains the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in transactions completed through CLMSign. Read it before choosing to sign electronically.
Your consent applies to the document or signing transaction presented to you through CLMSign and to related notices, disclosures, confirmations, certificates and records delivered electronically for that transaction. A sender may use CLMSign for additional transactions, each of which may require separate consent.
You agree that the document, signing disclosures, completion confirmation and related records may be provided electronically through a web browser, email link or CLMSign account. The completed signed record may be made available as a downloadable PDF.
You may download or print the records available to you. If you require a paper copy from the sender, contact the sender directly. CLMSign may also provide support for accessing an available electronic copy. A sender may charge a fee for paper copies only if the sender separately disclosed that fee to you.
You may choose not to sign electronically before completing the signature. If you need to withdraw consent for a transaction that has not yet been completed, contact the sender. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate electronic records or signatures validly completed before the withdrawal.
If your email address or other contact information changes, update your CLMSign account when applicable and notify the sender for any active transaction.
You need a modern web browser with JavaScript and cookies/local storage enabled as required by the Service, internet access, the ability to receive email when email delivery or OTP is used, and software capable of viewing PDF files. To retain a copy, you need storage space or access to a printer. If these requirements materially change in a way that creates a significant risk that you cannot access previously provided electronic records, additional disclosure or renewed consent may be required where applicable.
To evidence the transaction, CLMSign may record the date and time, IP address, browser/user-agent information, authentication events, consent, signer actions, document hashes and related audit events. The completed PDF and related evidence are maintained separately from any editable source document such as a Google Doc.
If the signing transaction begins in the CLMSign Google Docs add-on, the Google Doc remains an editable source. The completed signed record is the finalized PDF stored by CLMSign. Changes to the Google Doc after signing do not change the completed signed PDF.

Si cambia tu correo electrónico u otra información de contacto, actualiza tu cuenta de CLMSign cuando corresponda y notifícalo al remitente para cualquier transacción activa.
Necesitas un navegador web moderno con JavaScript y las funciones de almacenamiento necesarias habilitadas, conexión a internet, capacidad de recibir correo electrónico cuando se use entrega por email u OTP y software capaz de visualizar archivos PDF. Para conservar una copia necesitas espacio de almacenamiento o acceso a una impresora.
Para evidenciar la transacción, CLMSign puede registrar fecha y hora, dirección IP, información del navegador/dispositivo, eventos de autenticación, consentimiento, acciones del firmante, hashes del documento y eventos de auditoría relacionados. El PDF final y su evidencia se mantienen separados de cualquier documento fuente editable, como un Google Doc.
Si la transacción comienza en el complemento de CLMSign para Google Docs, el Google Doc continúa siendo una fuente editable. El documento firmado final es el PDF finalizado almacenado por CLMSign. Los cambios posteriores realizados al Google Doc no modifican el PDF firmado.
